Hanoi International Craft Festival 2025

14th - 18th November 2025 | Hanoi, Vietnam

Hanoi International Craft Festival November 2025, organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Hanoi City People’s Committee with APCA Board member Mr Le Ba Ngoc.

The comments from more than 75 International participants from 30 countries at the Festival were universally glowing.

They were all deeply appreciative of the opportunity to not only show their work to visitors and buyers at the festival, but also to share ideas with, and seek inspiration from, all the other visiting artists as well as the 500 Vietnamese artisans from 54 provinces.

The hospitality extended to the visiting artisans was second to none. Their booths were situated in a beautiful park-like setting at Thang Loi Imperial Citadel; they were guests at an extraordinary opening ceremony and participated in a special event featuring their national costumes. It is hoped that this festival is the precursor to another, larger one in October 2026

Hosts arranged visits for the international artisans and artists to a number of the many craft villages surrounding Hanoi. These included inlaid mother of pearl, wood carving, silk and ceramics.

Conceived by Le Ba Ngoc, and presented by the Vietnam Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Festival was the precursor for a larger festival planned for October 2026, which is expected to attract many more international artisans and more than 2,000 buyers. Mark it in your diaries. Information will be posted on this site as it becomes available.
