ASIA PACIFIC CRAFT MASTERS AWARDS
Nominations
The Awards are open to living artisans and artists who have committed their working lives to excellence in their chosen craft practice.
Nominations for the Asia Pacific Craft Master Awards are submitted through an official nomination form. This form is completed by the nominator (an APCA member or affiliated organisation). Self-nominations are not permitted.
The nomination process requires information and supporting materials from both the nominator and candidate. The nominator will work with the candidate to gather the necessary details about the artisan’s work, achievements, and professional background before submitting the nomination.
The support documents are due at the time of submission.

Nomination Form
To complete the form, information and materials will be required from BOTH the Nominator and the Candidate, but the form can only be completed by one person.
The form needs to be seconded and signed by an APCA member or affiliated organisation.
The nomination form must be completed in English (unless otherwise specified by a particular region’s Awards committee)
The form is organised into different sections and will require answers including,
Personal and professional contact details.
Short answer responses (200 to 500 words) - Including a nomination statement, plus responses to 3 groups of criteria.
File uploads - materials to support the nomination.

We recommend gathering all the information and short answer responses before starting the form. Then it will be easy to copy and paste your prepared responses into the form.
Ready to Nominate?
There are two ways to complete the form:
Online Nomination Form - Complete and submit online via Cognito. Form progress can be saved and support material needs to be uploaded electronically.
Downloadable Nomination Form (Word document) - Submit by email with all the support material provided as attachments or file-sharing application.
